Cancellation Policy
We do our best to process your orders the moment we receive them. Due to this fact, it is sometimes very difficult to cancel an order. Cancelled orders will be subject to a $10 cancellation fee. If the order has already been delivered, it is impossible to cancel and the full charge will apply.
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, we will make every effort to match the flower type but may substitute another color. Please indicate if for any reason this is not acceptable.
With regards to gift or gourmet baskets, minor substitutions of certain items may be necessary in order to expedite your order. We will always make every effort to match the original theme and value of the original items. Please indicate if for any reason this is not acceptable.
General Policies
We may find it necessary to call the recipient to schedule a delivery.
For business deliveries, if the recipient is not at work or the business is not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. Re-delivery fee may apply in this case.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not at home or otherwise unavailable, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return.

For the convenience of our customers, we have designed several different delivery
options. Please carefully review the following choices before placing your order.
Funeral Service Delivery
Please note that these delivery policies do not apply to funeral orders. Orders being
delivered to funeral homes or churches are delivered at the time required for the
service. Funeral orders are subject to our standard delivery rate.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery rates start at $12.00 and vary according to zip code. Our delivery
policy is to complete business deliveries before residential deliveries. This allows us to
do our best to ensure that all of our business deliveries are completed during business
hours. If the recipient is not available at the time we attempt delivery, our delivery staff
will determine the best course of action. When placing an order, we ask that any
helpful information be put under “Special Instructions” (i.e. “can be left with doorman”).
Our deliveries are routed according to area, and as such we cannot offer timed
deliveries on standard delivery. For more information on timed deliveries, please see
our other options below. Information about the status of a delivery will not be available
until the next business day. Please consider your order delivered on the day requested
unless otherwise notified by a member of our staff.
Priority Delivery
Our priority delivery upgrade starts at $25.00 in addition to our base delivery charge
and may vary according to your needs and the delivery area. This service entails
priority status given to your order and personal tracking by a member of our staff. Our
priority delivery service offers you the choice of having your order delivered either
before 11:00 A.M., after 5:00 P.M., or within two hours of order placement. The priority
delivery upgrade is not a time-specific delivery. We request at least two hours advance
notice when placing priority delivery orders. Please note that the priority delivery
upgrade may not be available on all orders or in all delivery areas.
Rush Delivery
Our rush delivery service offers you three choices based on your specific needs: Fast,
Faster, and Fastest. The charges for these services are, respectively, $10.00, $15.00,
and $20.00, in addition to our base delivery fee. This service is designed for customers
who need to get an order out quickly, but do not need all the services offered with our
Priority Delivery. The option that is best for you (fast, faster, or fastest) will be up to you
and how quickly you need your order to go out. This service entails that we will begin
processing your order immediately upon its receipt. No advance notice is needed
when placing rush delivery orders. Please note that this service may not be available
on all orders or in all delivery areas.
Timed Delivery
Our timed delivery service is $20.00 in addition to our base delivery fee. This service
was designed for customers who need to have their order delivered by a specific time.
This delivery upgrade offers you the choice of having your order delivered between
11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M., between 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M., or between 3:00 P.M. and
5:00 P.M. Timed delivery orders must be placed on the business day prior to the date of
delivery. Please note that this service is not available on all orders or in all delivery
areas.
Same Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery on all orders placed before 4 PM in the recipient’s time
zone. It may be necessary for us to charge an additional rush delivery fee for orders
placed late in the day.
Re-Delivery Policy
Incorrect address information given at the time of the order or changes to the address
after the order has been placed will result in a re-delivery charge equal to the original
delivery charge.
International Deliveries
Due to time zone differences, we ask that orders being placed for outside of the
country by placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Special Requests
We do our best every day to accommodate the needs of all our customers. If you have
a special request that falls outside of our policies, feel free to call and talk to one of our
customer service associates…we will do our best to help!
Delivery Guarantee
We will always do everything in our power to ensure that deliveries are placed in a
prompt and timely fashion. However, due to unpredictable outside factors, this may not
always be possible. If you have a question or concern, please call our store at (866)
405-9555 to speak with a member of our staff.
